Is this a loan?
No. There is no interest, no APR, and your balance can never grow. Your original credit obligation is closed when 5arz pays it. You hold an interest-free obligation to 5arz, which you discharge by completing training tasks.
Can I stop or pause?
Yes — anytime, no penalty. Your balance freezes. When you're ready, resume on your own schedule.
Does this affect my credit score?
Onboarding is a soft pull — no score impact. Once 5arz pays your creditor, your original tradeline closes in good standing. The 5arz obligation isn't reported to credit bureaus.
What kind of work do members do?
Validated AI training tasks — RLHF preference labeling, evaluation grading, multilingual coverage, edge-case curation, red-teaming. Average task is 12 minutes. Members typically complete 5–8 hours per week.
Is this available in my state?
Initial states: Texas, Florida, New York. Additional states roll out through 2026 as licensing completes. Verify your eligibility on the offer page in 90 seconds.
What's a Star?
A Star is a 1:1 USD-pegged utility credit, fully reserved in FDIC-insured custody. Each validated task earns Stars equal to your share of the lab payment. Stars settle automatically against your balance until it hits zero — then they convert to USD cash via Stripe payouts.
