How does getting paid on 5arz work?+

You complete short verified tasks — rating AI answers, labeling images, checking translations — and earn Stars (1★ = $1). Stars land in your balance the moment a task verifies, and you cash out to your bank or debit card via Stripe. What you do with the money is your call: bills, savings, gift cards, or paying down a debt yourself.

Can I use my earnings to pay down a debt?+

Yes. Your earnings are yours to direct however you want, including toward a debt. You cash out and make the payment yourself — 5arz pays you for work and does not pay creditors on your behalf or act as a debt-settlement or credit-repair service.

Can I change my monthly goal?+

Yes — open your dashboard, tap "Adjust goal" on the yellow goal strip. We'll suggest a baseline based on your current pace. Milestone rewards rescale automatically.

What happens if I stop earning Stars?+

Nothing — there's no penalty and no obligation. You earn at your own pace; your earned Stars stay in your balance, and you can cash out or come back and earn more anytime.

Is my personal data safe?+

SSN, bank logins, ID documents, and card numbers never touch 5arz servers — they flow directly to certified processors (Stripe, Plaid, Method). We hold attestation hashes only. Full details on the privacy policy.

Why was my training task scored wrong?+

Some tasks have multiple defensible answers and our scoring is conservative. If you think a task was unfairly marked, report it via the "Training task issue" category above with the question text — we review every reported scoring case within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?+

Email privacy@5arz.com with the subject "Account deletion request." We process within 30 days and delete everything we're legally allowed to delete. (Some financial records are retained for 7 years per regulation.)

I think I see fraud on my account. What do I do?+

Use the "Urgent / safety" category above — those tickets route directly to the security team with a 15-minute response window. We'll freeze the account immediately while we investigate, and you won't be liable for anything we determine was fraudulent.
