Who checks the ID in 5arz?
Our verification partners, Stripe Identity and Didit, run the ID and liveness check. 5arz never receives your selfie or ID image — only a signed result.
Doesn’t Persona offer reusable identity too?
Yes. Persona Wallet reuses verified data across Persona customers, and Persona can issue credentials through Microsoft Entra Verified ID. A 5arz seal names one action and anyone can check it offline.
Does a 5arz seal prove one account per person?
Not by itself. Read the sybil_checked claim in the credential before you gate one-per-person actions.
Can I use both?
Yes, they do different jobs: Persona for regulated onboarding, 5arz for signed proof on actions. Today a person verifies with each one separately.
