Earnings Disclosure
This page is the official 5arz earnings statement, required by FTC guidance for any platform that makes income claims. 5arz is in early private beta, so the figures below are illustrative estimates based on our task rates and payout model — not averages from real member history, and not a guarantee. We'll replace them with real aggregate data as the beta grows, and we update this page at least every 90 days.
Member earnings
You earn Stars for verified work — 1 Star = $1. Stars land in your balance the moment a task verifies, and you can cash out anytime to your bank or debit card via Stripe. What you do with the money is your choice — bills, savings, gift cards, or paying down a debt yourself.

Cashing out
You can cash out your earned Stars to your bank or debit card via Stripe Connect anytime, at the 1:1 rate (1 Star = $1). Payouts have a $10 minimum and typically arrive within 24–48 hours. Cashed-out earnings are reported as miscellaneous income on Form 1099-NEC if you earn over $600 in a calendar year.
Cash payouts are new in the beta, so we don't have meaningful payout history to report yet. We'll publish real figures here once the dataset stabilizes.
Team Program earnings
Members who invite friends through the Team Program earn Stars tied to their friends' verified work:
- Team Member (L1): 1.00% of every dollar the friends you invite earn
- Team Captain (L2): additional 0.25% on your friends' friends
- Regional Lead (L3): additional 0.10% one circle further out

All Team Program earnings depend on the friends you invite actually qualifying (verifying identity and completing verified work) AND continuing to earn. If the friends you invited go inactive, your earnings stop. We don't pay bounties for signing people up — only real product usage.
Business earnings — task posting
If you're posting tasks as a business: pricing runs $0.40–$2.00 per completed task depending on category complexity. Volume tiers (1K / 10K / 100K monthly tasks) unlock discounts. There are no per-poster earnings to disclose — businesses pay 5arz; they don't earn from us.
What we don't promise
We never claim:
- "Free money" — your debt payoff requires you to actually complete tasks
- "Guaranteed payoff in X months" — payoff time depends on your effort
- "Make $X/month" without context — the figures above are estimates, not averages from real members yet, and individual results vary
- "Beat your job" or "quit your day job" — even at heavy activity ($1,800/month erased), this is part-time pay

What you actually earn depends on the tasks you complete and on friends you invite qualifying and paying down debt. As the beta grows we'll publish real aggregate data here.
