Tighter deadlines get claimed faster when the pay matches. Skills are a filter, not a wall — anyone can still claim it.
What's it worth?
1★ = $1 of work. Pay what the job is actually worth — underpriced tasks sit on the board unclaimed, which costs you more time than the Stars ever would.
What we won't post. Nothing that asks for someone's personal information, access to an account
that isn't yours, work targeting a named individual, anything unlawful, or anything that gets around a
security control. Every new post is read by a person before it goes live.
