Build your team. Earn on every $100 they burn off.
Recruit anyone with debt. Train captains. Run your campus. Every Star you earn is tied to real debt your downline retires through 5arz — no signup fees, no headcount bounties, no recruit-to-earn games. Just pure performance compensation, three tiers deep.
Your team identity
Name your team and tag your campus. This is how your recruits get attributed to you on the leaderboard.
Your sharing kit
Drop this link on every campus group chat, every dorm flyer, every Insta story. Each tap that turns into a verified debt-payoff fires your tier rates.
Your downline
Everyone you've recruited, plus their recruits, plus theirs — three tiers deep.
Top teams · all campuses
Every team across 5arz, ranked by total debt their downline has paid off.
How the math actually works
No signup fees. No starter kits. No headcount bounties.
Every Star you earn through this program is tied to actual debt your recruit has paid down through 5arz. We earn a margin when we settle a creditor for less than face value; you earn a percentage of that real revenue event. If your recruit never qualifies (verifies identity, pulls credit, sends a first creditor payment) — you earn nothing. If they qualify and then pay off $1,000, you earn 10 Stars. Period.
Three tiers of compensation: 1.00% on your direct recruits, 0.25% on second-tier (your recruits' recruits), 0.10% on third-tier. Total maximum company payout to all uplines combined is capped at 1.35% of any single referee's debt burn-down.
This is the structure US federal law (Koscot, Amway, BurnLounge precedent) recognizes as legitimate multi-level marketing rather than a pyramid scheme: compensation flows from real product usage by end consumers, not from the act of recruitment.
